Free Initial Consultation - 30 Minutes
Review your health history, your goals, and ask your Personal Trainer your questions. You will review your personalized fitness plan and understand how one on one attention will help you reach your goals.
Fitness Assessment with Personalized Exercise Program – 60 minutes $70.00
These assessments are designed to learn your body’s strengths and weaknesses. This is very effective for injury prevention and aids your Personal Trainer in designing a more effective exercise program. Your program may be designed for your home, gym, pool, office or private fitness facility.
You will receive:
- a full postural and joint range of motion assessment.
- body assessments including measurements and body weight along with resting heart rate and resting blood pressure.
- a specific exercise program including exercises, sets, reps and intensity for you and your individual goals.
- a workout card and log sheets to track your progress.
Personal Training Session/Group Personal Training
A 30 or 60 minute session designed to coach you through your individually designed exercise program. You are coached through:
- effective warm-up exercises to reduce the risk of injury·
- proper exercise technique for each specific exercise·
- appropriate cool-down exercises and stretches for the entire body
You are provided with one-on-one attention as you exercise to ensure that you receive the maximum benefits of each exercise and an extra motivational boost to help keep you on track.
Partner or Group Personal Training Sessions (Up to four persons)
Stay motivated – Exercise with a friend or a few friends and
split the session fee for more cost effective sessions.
1st person pays full session fee, 2nd person is FREE, 3rd person pays
½ of session fee, and 4th person pays ½ of session fee.
Each person must first complete the Fitness Assessment with
Personalized Exercise Program.

Nutrition Consultation – 60 minutes $70.00
Low fat? No fat? High Protein? High Carb? Discover the eating plan that works for your body and your lifestyle! After completing a series of assessments, your Personal Trainer will take all the guess work out of your meal planning. You will receive an individualized and realistic day to day eating plan that is not only easy to follow and enjoyable, it will also get you the results you are looking for. 30 minute follow up $45.00
Healthy Weight Program
This 12 week program is NOT a diet. Your food will not be restricted, you will not be left feeling hungry, and you will not be forced to workout in a gym. Instead, we will teach you how to make educated decisions about your lifestyle and your body. You will learn about healthy nutrition and how to make smart choices for meals, snacks and eating on the run. You will be encouraged to become physically active by finding activities that you enjoy. We will help you develop a healthy attitude about your self and your body.

- Discover what your healthy weight is and learn simple steps to find and maintain it for life.
- Recognize the role of body image and self image in achieving your healthy weight.
- Incorporate healthy nutrition and activities easily into your busy schedule.

Each week you will be guided through an educational component, discuss the past week’s successes, and overcome the past week’s struggles.
With our guidance, you will learn how to make educated decisions that
will help you achieve your healthy weight. With our support, you will
recognize the strength and beauty of your own body. Through our
motivation, you will achieve success and live your personal best!
